VIP APPTS: Movie sets, News Stations, Body Building, Photo Shoots, Fashion Shows, Weddings and Tanning Parties: We must have at least one week advanced notice of all events.
Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved service with at least 24 hours notice.
- This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
- It is our policy to give each client a "second chance" the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
- Clients who cancel or "no show" appointments may be asked to prepay future services.
- We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
